Before & Happily Ever After....

Just a dab of concealer, a few individual false lashes and nude lip gloss can really exude inner beauty to reflect through a woman's eyes.  My sweet friend Jamie is a truly beautiful. Her smile is contagious and has a very gentle spirit but don't let that fool you! She has swagger about her that is admirable. I used charcoal and gold on her lids for a smokey look with the help of a few individual false lashes to help her bold brown eyes pop!
Here's the before and after.

Bekka is just like ice cold lemonade on a incredibly hot summer day... REFRESHING! She is a young women that loves Jesus and her actions are proof of just that! Her beauty, her heart and her family is what makes her so beautiful. I wanted to use minimal makeup as possible on her! I used the basics and nutural tones on her lids and lips. Her lashes were so long I didn't have to use anything but mascara!

Kendra is so cute! I love her flare for 40's style clothing, amazing photography and her love for children. It was great hanging out with her!. She has a wonderful mature spirit and I can't wait to see what the Lord is going to do in her life! It's been so amazing watching her blossom into a young lady over the 6 years that I've known her.  I used primer, base, powder, blush, bronzer and natural tones for her lids and lips.

I love my husband

My husband is so supportive of my creative outlet. I just wanted to post his photo up to tell the whole world that I love him so much!

Magalie Narang Photography

Magalie Narang is an upcoming photographer that is in love with Conceptual style photography, knitting, soul music and Jesus. Her talent inspires regular women to feel like beautiful creatures. Her eye has caught the beauty of my best friend Aime, Christina and myself.

I used very natural colors on Magalie. Rich lips, rosy cheeks and long lashes. She is a natural beauty....

Aime

This is my best friend Aime. For this look,  I used Primer, foundation and loose powder including bronzer to set her flawless skin. Iridescent white , plum and charcoal shadows are used from MAC.

Her eyes are like pools of Jade and the purple really helped the gold flecks reflect like dancing gems. Aime's heart is so lovely and her spirit is kind. I am privileged to call her best friend.

Christina

Christina is my sister from another mister for sure! She is a wonder friend and is gorgeous on the outside and in! Her laughter is contagious and I love being around her. On her look, we went with very glamour yet urban. Hey eyes are set in a gold and earth
foil tone with long lashes with a nude and glossy lip.

Candace
Mustard Yellow Wedges with a bomb pedicure. I love Magalie's eye!

With my own makeup, I went with the bronzed and blushed look with long lashes. My eyes are set in pink and gold and nude glossy lips.

Jeff and Christine

Oh, the union of marriage! The months, weeks, days and hours of planning  that is spent on  the union of two lives! I had the absolute pleasure of not only being a guest to Christine and Jeff's wedding but I was also Christine's makeup artist. I styled her hair and applied her makeup. Her looks is what I like to call "Natural Glam". She was absolutely radiant and glowed, glowed and did I mention glowed?! Her hair was all down and cascaded during the ceremony and at the reception, I created a half up bouffant and half down look. She and Jeff looked like a page ripped out of a bridal magazine. I had so much fun hooking her up!

The journey has officially begun....

Wow. I am actually starting a blog. I never really thought I would actually start blogging, but after being inspired by the movie "Julie and Julia" and being asked a hand full of times if I had a blog, I thought I give this a shot! I wanted to use this as a launching pad to share my talents and gifts as a Freelance Makeup Artist. I kinda fell into the world of beauty on complete accident! Before I gave my life to the Lord, I was always going to the club and getting decked out. I would take hours to get ready! I would wear hair extension, false eyelashes, lots of carefully applied makeup and trying to master the latest trend in fashion and now, from all of my experiences.... I now use my experience and talent to help women feel confident in their own skin with the help of makeup and hair styling. I never really looked to start this as a career, but it looks like the door bell keeps ringing! So, overtime please stop by to check out the latest clients I have been working with and if they are brave enough to let me post before and after photos! Ciao!
